Exchanges and Returns are accepted on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with all tags attached and must be made within 7 DAYS of the date you received the order.
Once your package is received at Odette, the merchandise will be quality inspected for a store credit online or in store, or exchange. Please note, no shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
