We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure you have provided the correct shipping information. If you enter the incorrect shipping information and we have not shipped the package yet, email us at INFO@ODETTEBOUTIQUE.COM, and we will try our best to change this information. We cannot guarantee any changes in information will be made on time. If a package has shipped with the incorrect shipping information, we must wait for the package to be returned for us, and then you must repurchase a new shipping label.


We have different shipping methods for in state (Florida) versus out of state and other countries. These options are automated based on the shipping address entered. If you are wanting a shipping method other than those offered to you at checkout, send us an email INFO@ODETTEBOUTIQUE.COM You will have to pay more, depending. (For example, if you want a more expedited method)
